1. Services & Bookings

My Party Colors provides interactive party entertainment, including themed hosting, character performances, and event animation services for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and more.

1.2 Booking Requirements

• All bookings require a deposit to confirm your event.
• Full payment is due before or on the event day, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

1.3 Custom Themed Hosting

• If you require a customized theme or look, please notify us at least three (3) weeks before your event.

2. Payments & Refunds

2.1 Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

2.2 Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable unless My Party Colors cancels the service.
• If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, emergencies), we may offer a credit toward a future booking.

3. Event Rules & Conduct

• The client is responsible for providing a safe environment for entertainers and guests.
• Our entertainers do not supervise children—a responsible adult must be present at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or leave an event if our team is subjected to inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions. No refunds will be given in such cases.

4. Photography & Media Consent

By booking our services, you agree that photos/videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

My Party Colors is not responsible for:

• Any injuries, property damage, or accidents during our performances.
• Delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, emergencies).
• The actions of guests or other third parties at your event.

6. Themed Characters Disclaimer

My Party Colors is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any copyright or trademark holders.

• Our themed outfits and performances are inspired by various themes, stories, and cultural icons but are uniquely crafted for entertainment purposes.
• Any resemblance to copyrighted characters is purely coincidental and unintentional.
• Our sole affiliation is with My Party Colors and not with any other company, franchise, or entity.
• If you require a licensed character for your event, we recommend contacting the relevant copyright holders directly.
